    pluto: implement modp group Diffie–Hellman–Merkle key exchange in ike_alg_nss_modp.[hc]
    
    More closely follow NSS's SSL code. That is use SECKEY_CreateDHPrivateKey()
    rather than PK11_GenerateKeyPair() and keep the scratch key on
    the stack.
