commit e0a15de38097fbaf775c8823a99843c4139d7bd2

pluto/scripts: Support for --rundir and --ctlsocket options, remove --ctlbase
- Change default rundir from /var/run/pluto to /run/pluto
- The --ctlbase option was misleading, sometimes referring to a directory
containing the socket file, sometimes referring to the socket file
itself
- Rename ctlbase to ctlsocket to make the new use more clear
- Add rundir arguments (pluto, parser, scripts)
- Add DEFAULT_RUNDIR, DEFAULT_CTL_SOCKET to mk/config.mk
- Remove DEFAULT_CTLBASE, CTL_SUFFIX, LOCK_SUFFIX, INFO_SUFFIX
- Add @IPSEC_RUNDIR@ processing
- addconn: support --ctlsocket and keep --ctlbase for backwards compat
- auto: add support for --ctlsocket option
- ipsec: add support for --ctlsocket option
- ipsec: call whack directly for status instead of looping through ipsec again
- pluto: fixup mkdir of the rundir, add support for rundir, keep ctlbase
as backwards compat, remove unused remnants of pluto.info file
- pluto: use --ctlsocket, not ctlbase, when calling addconn
- setup: use new FINALRUNDIR instead of @FINALVARDIR@/run/pluto
- whack: support --ctlsocket, --rundir and keep --ctlbase for compat
- Update man pages
