    X509: Added debugging from commit 3c0a6f59b10 broke when CA was unset
    
    The debugging code calls dntoa() which doesn't deal with NULL chunk.
    Yet further down, it assumes if the chunk.ptr is NULL, it counts as
    "any" CA.
