    testing: nsd server libreswan.org zone. remove root zone
    
    pluto/libunbound send query for testing.libreswan.org DS too.
    If the trust anchor file only has DS RR.
    If the TA file has DNSKEY it will not query for DS.

    testing: generate-dnssec.sh do not fetch root zone. generat testing.key
    
    do not grab a copy of the root zone.
    Generate a file with all dnskeys. Feed it as libunbound TA
    libunbound won't query for DS records
