    testing: add nsd to kickstart requirements.
    
    nsd is used on nic to serve as authoritative server for all our
    zones, testing.libreswan.org and the various in-addr.arpa zones.
    It runs on port 5353. Unbound is configured to use the nsd instance
    as trust anchor / forwarder for these zones. unbound listens on port
    53.
