    testing: Added Antony's CAT test cases from cat branch

    Changed them slightly so the ping's trigger OE on the ICMP packet
    instead of the random udp high port bind() call the ping command
    performs to determine source ip.
    
    I suspect some of these tests and their XFRM policies can suffer
    from a race condition in the order of XFRM policies installed in
    the kernel.
