    testing: merge swanfedorabase and clone KVM configurations
    
    - swanfedorabase gets rng
    - swanfedorabase drops out-of-date options like --accelerate (it is the default)
    - but it doesn't get --security as that causes an internal error
    - both get cache=writeback
