    kvm: make it easier to just re-clone the test domains
    
    as in:
    
      - boot base domain and make changes
    
      - run: make uninstall-kvm-test-domains install-kvm-test-domains
    
    include a hack to hopefully detect a clone been corrupted while
    qemu-img is being run
