    testing: swan-transmogrify use hostname inside docker not eth0 MAC.
    
    docker instance need swan-transmogrify every time it boot.
    A Docker when it boots has no networkconfig etc.
    The hostname could be set at at startup.
    040a686e removed this accidently.
