    kvmresults/kvmrunner: delete --ignore-all-spaces/-w and --ignore-blank-lines/-B options
    
    Really should not be ignoring white space changes as it can hide
    bugs like:
    
    - a line of text
    +
    +   a    line    of       text
    
    a follow on change will make whitespace a fail.
