    kvm: wip: Add 'make kvm-domains' target that builds the test domains
    
    (it doesn't create test networks)
    
    While work-in-progress it doesn't seem to do worse than
    testing/libvirt/install.sh, and since it uses a local ISO
    is, perhaps, arguably better.
