    building: switch "make kvm-update" to doing incremental builds
    
    I.e., it no longer deletes $(OBJDIR) before starting a build.
    Also adds "make kvm-clean" and "make kvm-distclean".  The latter
    does delete $(OBJDIR). Use "make kvm-distclean kvm-update" to
    build from scratch.
