    building: rewrite "make distclean", ignored $(OBJDIR) for instance
    
    Was deleteing OBJ.$$OSDEP.$$ARCH instead of $(OBJDIR); yes
    those are environment variables!
    
    Also made "distclean" independent of "clean" and non-recursive.
    This removes any dependencies that would trigger a build of $(OBJDIR)
    (only to then delete it).
