    pluto: rename "role" to the more specific IKEv2 term "original" role
    
    IKEv2 refers specifically to "original initiator" and
    "original responder".
    st->st_role, md->role, O_INITIATOR, O_RESPONDER and
    phase1_role all get renamed.
