    building: have "make distclean" delete OBJ.*
    
    It's an inperfect fix for a querky edge case.  It ensures that
    all the OBJ.* directories are deleted from the source tree.  For
    instance, the might be both OBJ.kvm and OBJ.linux.x86_64.
