    testing: About 50 test cases updated
    
    - enabled racoon tests (were still marked as uml) and added testparams.sh
    - DISABLED-OAKLEY_CAMELLIA_CBC and DISABLED-OAKLEY_AES_CTR updates
    - strongswan updates for new lines "sending cert request" and CERTREQ payload
    - 169.254.0.0/16  disappearance updates
