    testing: fixup interop-ikev1-strongswan-02-psk-responder
    
    strongswan does not inherit the modp group from phase1 for phase2
    like libreswan does. So add an esp= line to strongswan for interop

    testing: nat-pluto-08 seems a misdesigned test
    
    Leave note in description of test that vnet: should be on responder,
    not in initiator side of conn.
