    testing: add a temporary SElinux sanitizer
    
    For now, this will ignore selinux warnings until all our warnings
    for using /testing/ on the filesystem are resolved. This prevents
    many false positive test results

    pluto: ensure type=passthrough is not rejected for missing ESP/AH
    
    This extra check was recently introduced and caused passthrough
    conns to be rejected.
