    testing: updated netkey-algo-cast-01 and klips-algo-cast-01
    
    KLIPS now passes correctly. NETKEY still fails, so does interop
    with strongswan and strongswan connecting to itself, so this is
    most likely an XFRM kernel bug/change.

    testing: added interop-ikev1-strongswan-07-cast128 and interop-ikev1-strongswan-08-strongswan-cast
    
    These two test cases fail - likely because kernel/netkey is failing.
    
    interop-ikev1-strongswan-08-strongswan-cast can be removed once we confirm
    that the kernel CAST cipher works with netkey.
