    plutoalg: esp=aes now accepts both aes128 and aes256
    
    For ESP encr algo with key length 0, it adds two transforms, one with
    the default key length and one with the maximum key length.

    pluto: fix db_trans related function to return void, not int
    
    Almost every caller was ignoring it, and it only served to report
    an out of memoery error. Changed that failure into a libreswan_log()
