    lib/libswan/oid.pl:
    
    - change types of fields in oid_t to avoid requiring #include <stdlib.h>
    
    - swap fields next and down in oid_t to make memory layout more compact
    
    - add a comment notation for oid.txt (lines starting with #)
    
    - ignore blank lines in oid.txt
    
    - report malformed lines in oid.txt
    
    - using new notation, add copyright notice to oid.txt
    
    - regenerate oid.h and oid.c to reflect these changes and earlier changes
      that had been missed
    
      + add rsaSigWithripemd256: 9040be5131fe57dda3f9dad4a07586a1e9daeea9
    
      + fix TCGID: b95783835b985c40d3adc94e97e19551ce3bd600
