    pluto: print port in interface status
    
    We were seeing test result changes where we noticed a new duplicate
    entry in the interface list, eg:
    
     000 interface ipsec0/eth1 192.1.2.23
    +000 interface ipsec0/eth1 192.1.2.23
    
    This turned out to be caused by the new default enabling of NAT-T which
    also binds port 4500. By printing the port, the output now becomes:
    
     000 interface ipsec0/eth1 192.1.2.23:4500
     000 interface ipsec0/eth1 192.1.2.23:500

    testing: change KLIPSPI to SPISPI in ipsec-look-esp-sanitize.pl
    
    As this sanitizer is also ran over tests using NETKEY
