    building: Remove USE_NAT_TRAVERSAL related defines.
    
    We now always compile with support enabled. In IKEv2 it is not
    even optional, so there seems no real reason to not enable it.

    building: removed option to disable dynamic dns options
    
    This removes USE_DYNAMICDNS= It is always "true" now.
