    Simplify and clarify xauth.c
    - move some xauth thread logic from state.c into xauth.c
    - add comments to highlight some problems with the code
    - fix the type of st_jbuf_t's in_use
    - partially clarify and improve st_jbuf code
    - partially clarify use of locks and use of SIGINT
    - rename xauth's fields in struc state to make ownership clearer
