    FIPS: updated fips code for new requirements
    
    FIPS Product is now detected by presence of teh dracut-fips package.
    
    If we are a FIPS Product and/or we run in FIPS kernel mode (fips=1)
    then we a abort of FIPS HMAC tests failing.
